WORLDWIDE SHIPPING FROM EU

All our orders are shipped out with GERMAN POST, DHL or UPS. No delivery to P.O. Boxes.

HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?
If no other information is placed on the respective offer page of the product, the following rules apply:

  • DE/EU 5-12 days
  • WORLD 10-30 days
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as the package leave our HQ, we will email you with a tracking number. Double check to make sure it didn't land in your junk folder! If you did not get any email with a tracking link or there is no tracking updates, please email us with the name or email you made the order, and we will help you to track your order.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPT?

Please reach out to us with your tracking number, and we will help you. 

WHAT IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, but you say you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

LOCAL TAXES:
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Only outside EU.
